Do you accept Cheque or Cash?

We DO NOT accept CASH or CHEQUES, paid directly by customers, into our Bank Account.

We will be obliged to treat ANY CASH or CHEQUE DEPOSIT made directly into our Bank Account AS AN ATTEMPT AT MONEY LAUNDERING

Exempt from capital gains tax

Gold Sovereigns and Britannias are currently exempt from capital gains tax. Annual Exempt Amounts 2011-2012 £10,600 . http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/rates/cgt.htm  Check with your accountant.

Card Payments

Please note that the maximum we are able to accept by Credit / Debit card orders must not exceed £10,000.00 per transaction.  There is no limit on the size of order we accept, if payment is made by Bank Transfer.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ORDERS CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE CARD HOLDERS REGISTERED BILLING ADDRESS.

Weight & Purity

The weights and purity displayed on the site, is the pure metal content.  The overall weight of the coin/bar will be greater.

How much is delivery?

Insured Delivery costs £15.00 for orders upto the value of £5,000.

For orders above £5,000 delivery is charged at £49.00

Orders are shipped by courier from a vault in Frankfurt Germany. We will email the tracking number to enable you to follow the progress of the consignment. A signature will be required on receipt.

How easy is it to buy Gold and Silver from you?

Ordering is very simple. We only accept orders online via our website.

Step 3. Select your payment method. Bank transfer, Debit or Credit Cards.  Payment by Credit card is subject to a 2% processing fee. 

Can I purchase or collect an order from your Bristol office?

Sorry this is NOT possible.. We do not keep any Bullion at our offices. All orders are dispatched directly from the Vault in Frankfurt, Germany. Orders are shipping directly to your door by courier.

Do you accept payment by Bank Transfer?

Most customers pay us by BANK TRANSFER, using their online, telephone or branch banking.

Is there VAT on Gold and Silver?

Investment Gold is NOT subject to VAT. Silver is subject to 20% VAT

How long does shipping take?
