1. What is the minimum order?
Minimum Order: £500.00 GBP / or equivalent USD/EURO
2. What currencies do you accept?
GBP, EURO, USD
3. What form of payment is acceptable?
International orders must be paid by wire transfer. This must be credited to our bank account within 48 hours of placing the order.
4. What is a bank wire transfer?
Wire transfer or credit transfer is a method of electronic funds transfer from one person or institution (entity) to another. A wire transfer can be made from one bank account to another bank account. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wire_transfer
5. How to make a wire transfer (International Bank Payment)?
We bank with HSBC, in the United Kingdom.
We operate currency accounts in Pound Sterling, Euro, and US Dollar.
When placing your order online, be sure to select the correct currency as this CAN NOT be changed once the order is placed.
Please note that it is your responsibility to pay any bank charges assocated with the wire transfer, including our fees as the receiver. Please inform your bank of this when making the payment. PLEASE PAY RECEIVERS BANK FEES.
Once you have placed your order, an automated email will be sent to you with our Bank details and account number (IBAN & BIC numbers are included).
6. Does BullionUK.com buy back gold and silver?
Currently we only buy back from clients based in the United Kingdom.
7. Are there any customs duties or taxes to pay when I receive my order?
BullionUK.com is NOT responsible for any duties and or taxes when the goods arrive in your respective Country. Any duty and taxes must be paid by the customer upon delivery. You may be subject to such charges, and it is advised to consult with your local customs broker. Each Country, State and Territory has its own rules. This is not something we can advise you about.
8. Is the value of the shipment declared on Customs forms?
We always declare the full value on any customs form. There are no exceptions to this declaration.
9. What happens if i miss or refuse the delivery?
If your order is returned to BullionUK.com, becuase of your refusal to pay duties or taxes, or if the carrier (e.g FedEx or UPS) was unable to deliver your order, becuase you were away. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees and additional duties to the UK. We will not re-ship your order until we are paid in full for any associated costs.

10. What is the cost of shipping to USA and Canada?
Our shipping charges to USA and Canada start from £29.00 GBP. Currently, all of our shipments to USA and Canada are shipped FedEx International Express, or UPS. All orders must be addresses to a home or office address. Goods cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box number. (Additionally, customers living outside of the couriers' normal delivery zones may incur an Extended Area Surcharge).

12. What is your cancellation policy?
All Product prices are determined on fluctuations in the financial market (e.g. the Forex Gold Index, Dubai Gold Futures Index etc.) therefore all Contracts are exempt from any cancellation rights granted under the Consumer Protection Act (Distance Selling Regulations) 2000.
